Blake graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in international relations and a minor in Spanish, and cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2014 with his juris doctorate. In law school, he co-founded the Hispanic Law Students Association and served as the Director of Immigration Education at the Athens Latino Center for Education and Services.    

Blake focuses on criminal defense, with a special focus on DUI defense, and immigration.  Blake has successfully represented thousands of clients in the Atlanta area in cases ranging from aggravated assault to DUI.  He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and is NHTSA certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing as well as Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement.  In 2020 Blake was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 criminal defense lawyer. 

Blake has been married to his wife since 2016.  They are members of Dunwoody Baptist Church.
